Appointment Types
Sessions are priced for time and include any techniques or add-ons at no additional charge. Warm Himalayan salt stones, blades for IASTM, Impact massage tools, hot towels, cups and CBD-infused cremes and oils are all used when the need arises and included at no extra charge.
60 minute session
This session is customized to meet your needs. The service is ideal for focusing on one area while still receiving a full body massage or for just relaxation without focused work. The massage will include hot towels and will also include any other technique or tool that will help you meet your desired outcome.
This session is ideal for those that need intense focus on one or more areas or for those who just want longer than an hour of bliss. The massage includes hot towels and any other technique or tool that will get you closer to feeling better.
Kinesiotaping
After short consultation, kinesiotape will be applied based upon your goals. Tape can be used to help alleviate pain, help improve function or to help correct movement patterns. The session includes a roll of RockTape.
Virtual Self-Massage Session
30 minute virtual consult which includes a self-massage tool, sample of massage salve and topical analgesic. Your session will include instructions for self-massage and ways to improve your self-care routines and movement patterns at home. These must be booked a few days in advance to allow time for your products to be shipped and received by you. Please email to inquire about booking.
60 Minute Prenatal Session
60 minutes of focused work in areas that include hips, low back, legs, and upper back and neck. The session will be tailored to fit your needs and is safe during all trimesters.
Reiki
Reiki is an energetic modality. It is generally hands-off and designed to balance the chakras.
Treat your Feet
Add this special treatment to any 60 or 90 minute session. Includes peppermint sugar exfoliation, extended foot massage, hot towels, and finished with a deep moisturizer. Your feet do so much for you every day, do something for your feet!
